Spivey pest control prices on an estimate basis for all jobs. We do however offer some standard baseline rates for our many of our common treatments.
Quarterly residential treatment: Starting at $440/year or $110/quarter
Annual termite re-inspection: Starting at $175 includes reapplication as needed and a renewable guarantee.
One time pest control: Starting at $175 (interior-exterior) * this rate varies based on factors such as the severity of infestation, size of the property, and kind of pest present. Pest services are sometimes cheaper, and occasionally more expensive.
Mosquito control: Starting at $60/month April-October season* $60 is base rate for a 1/2 acre or less lot with minimal vegetation and breeding locations* discounts may be applied for Mosquito control when combined with the quarterly pest package.
Termite and moisture inspections: For Real Estate Agents and Realtors in most cases. $105 inspection letter fee which is applied to the balance of any estimated treatment or repair work accepted by buyer or seller.

Specialty treatments
Crawl space, polyvinyl, humidity control & repair: Estimate basis * Spivey pest control is very competitive in most instances. Our lead technician Jerry Fox has a knack for crawlspace work
Termite treatment: Termite treatments are dependent on a number of factors such as the scope of the infestation, severity of damage, whether Spivey is repairing the damage or another contractor is, the location of the property with relationship to water, size of the property, exterior treatments, foundation conditions, crawl space conditions and if additional services such as encapsulations, moisture barrier installation, or additional pest treatments are included. Termite treatments are therefore highly variable in most instances termite treatments will start at $400 . We offer termite inspections and estimates for free and offer annual inspections + renewals and boosters for a reasonable fee which may be combined with other services such as quarterly and mosquito treatments.
Bedbugs: $75.00 estimate applied to final invoice * services offered on estimate basis* Spivey Pest Control utilizes a pesticide treatment approach and may issue guidelines for effective treatment. Due to the difficult nature of treating bedbug infestations Spivey highly recommends that those who suspect a bedbug infestation immediately contact us for an inspection and assessment, guidelines for treatment will be issued along with our estimates. Commonly included in these guidelines are 1) Removal and thorough washing of all clothing from the affected room(s) at high dryer heat and low load capacity. 2) Isolation of cleaned clothing (bagging) 3) Move all furniture a minimum of 12 inches from the wall for treatment access 4) Some furniture or fixtures may be recommended for disposal bedbugs by their nature are social creatures that will congregate in nooks and crannies throughout a room including both baseboards and duct work.
All pricing is provided as a guidance of standard rates and subject to change and/or estimate as required by each job. Rates may change. All other services not specified are considered estimate basis.
