Treatment schedules

Residential: We offer a variety of scheduling options. Standard scheduling options are one-time, monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, & annual treatment schedules. Depending on the nature of the pest problems you are experiencing Spivey’s licensed and trained technicians will provide a treatment recommendation to you tailored to your needs. For many of our residential customers the quarterly treatment schedule is the best option. Our technicians will work with your schedule to identify a time and day convenient for you to inspect and treat your home every three months. The quarterly general pest inspection and treatment will ensure that your pest problems are identified and controlled before they become a problem this treatment plan can be invoiced on a quarterly or annual basis. The quarterly treatment can be combined with several of our optional treatment and inspections such as Mosquito control, flea, tick, and the annual Termite inspection contract giving you a flexible comprehensive treatment plan without hitting you too hard in the pocket.

Commercial treatments: Commercial needs can vary quite a bit and are offered on an estimate basis with a recommended treatment interval. For food service and commercial kitchen we usually recommend a monthly control approach to prevent the establishment of nuisance pests such as German roaches and mice. Office and Warehouse space can sometimes be less intensive relying on the use of bait station for rodent control and treatments as needed.

Property managers & rental property: For property managers we have designed a series of treatment products with the turn-over and leasing process in mind. In particular we feature an intensive treatment approach for vacant and soon to be occupied property. Our 2 in 20 or “2:20” treatment features an initial heavy treatment to heavily reduce pest populations with a follow-up re-treat within the 20 day period to control hatch out and survivor populations. Our 3 in 30 “3:30” product works in a similar way and is designed for especially heavy infestation or “problem units” the three thirty adds one more treatment to the schedule. For multi-family managers Spivey offers competitive “per door rates” with flexible scheduling usually on a bi-monthly or quarterly treatment basis, generally the greater the number of doors per location the lower the price per door is. Spivey encourages property managers to serve notice of spraying well in advance and recommends residents not to re-enter treated units for a minimum of four hours after treatment. For managers which require key disbursement to our technicians we offer pickup services.
